Nikhil’s journey so far, from a person selling medicines to making the country fit by making Gold’s Gym one of leaders in India in the fitness industry, has been a fascinating one. Leading him to travel to more than 150 cities globally and look at fitness as a way of life.

Nikhil never thought of selling & opening gyms would land up in his dream Job when he joined Gold’s Gym as a franchising head for the Northern region over 10 years back and within five years he was given the responsibility to handle pan India franchising. In his role as franchising head he has taken the brand to a whole new orbit & in the last five years, under his leadership India became the first and the only country outside USA to have more than 145 gyms with a foot print in 95 cities.

Now Nikhil as the COO of Gold’s Gym India spear heads the entire organisation from Business development, Gym operations, HR, Finance & Technology.

Looking at adding training of people to gear up to the ever expanding fitness market and expanding to neighboring countries like Sri Lanka, Bangladesh & Nepal etc is the next goal for him in the coming years.
